Vision & Scope

The mission of the Growth Engine Consortium (GEC) is to provide a best-in-class approach to developing and refining resilient, growth engines for business in all stages of operation.

Members of the Growth Engine Consortium (GEC) gather quarterly to connect, collaborate, and learn new tools and techniques to develop and refine growth engine initiatives within their companies and client base. A growth engine is a combination of self-reinforcing activity systems designed to give your business a sustainable competitive advantage. 

Appointed members of the GEC, offer presentations and host panels on a range of subject matter based on the experience and needs of consortium members and partners. After each quarterly meeting, fellows are organized into smaller project teams (pods) to work on breakout projects asynchronously to deepen their relationships and learn more about each other. These collaborations are required to be scheduled between quarterly event and projects are defined to be feasible in that time period. GEC fellows are required to attend. 

The GEC is built on a shoulder-to-shoulder model. By combining information exchange, with shoulder-to-shoulder collaborative experience as peers, GEC members come to know, like, trust and refer members based on their experiences.

A Unified Model

The market is in need of a standardized model that supports integrated systems and unified platforms that align to the current trajectory of business technology. This new model is meant to teardown silos and tribal mentalities that tend to hinder performance in organizations.

A User Centric Methodology

Sustainable, recurring business comes from recurring impact and consistent quality; therefore, the needs and journeys of all users and stakeholders involved must be reconciled at the center of all Strategic Systems (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)

A Common Language

Management, Design, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success currently use different terms and different metrics. A common language streamlined for a unified and holistic experience across functions, so that everything can be connected, understood and leveraged.
